• Free plan: Subject to usage limits (AI refinements, images, pages) as described on our pricing page.

• Paid plans (Growth, Business): Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the billing period.

• Add-ons: Extra sites, credit packs, and image packs are billed monthly alongside your base plan.

• Free trials: 7 days. No credit card required to start. You will be notified before the trial ends.

• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

You retain ownership of all content you provide (social media posts, images, text). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content for the purpose of generating and hosting your website.

You represent that you have the right to use all content you import through your connected social accounts.

Websites generated by our AI are yours to use. On the Business plan, you may export the source code. We do not claim ownership of generated output.

Free-tier websites include a "Made with PageToWebsite" badge and are hosted on our subdomain. Removing the badge or using a custom domain requires a paid plan.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate websites containing illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse AI generation quotas.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without a white-label add-on.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageToWebsite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
